Who we are

Cart Deal Path ("we", "us") runs the online store at cartdealpath.com. We are based at 5800 Hamner Ave, Eastvale, CA 91752, USA. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and the choices you have. It is written to meet the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the CCPA) and the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA).

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the store:

Order details: name, email, phone number, delivery address, the items you order and your order notes.
Messages: what you send through the contact form or by email, including any order number.
Newsletter: your email address if you subscribe.
Payment: card payments are handled by our payment provider through the secure link we email. We never see or store your full card number.
Device data: basic technical data your browser sends, such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed, kept in our hosting provider's logs.

Your cart, promo code and shipping choice are saved in your own browser (local storage) so they stay in place while you shop. They are not sent to us until you place an order.

How we use it

To process, ship and support your orders and send order emails.
To answer your questions and handle returns.
To send The Deal Path Digest if you subscribed. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
To prevent fraud, keep the site secure and meet legal and tax obligations.

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the store, under contracts that limit how they can use it: our payment processor, shipping carriers and fulfillment partner, our email and form provider, and our web host. We may also disclose information if required by law.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done so in the past 12 months. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

Know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and request a copy.
Delete personal information we hold about you, with some legal exceptions (for example, records we must keep for tax purposes).
Correct inaccurate personal information.
Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share it, so there is nothing to opt out of, but we honor Global Privacy Control signals as a valid opt-out request.
Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that require this right.
Not be discriminated against for using any of these rights.

To make a request, email support@cartdealpath.com or call +1 951-360-9941. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days (we may extend this once by another 45 days and will tell you if we do). We verify requests by matching details you give us with our records. You may use an authorized agent with your signed permission.

Shine the Light: under California Civil Code section 1798.83 you can ask whether we disclosed personal information to third parties for their direct marketing. We do not.

Cookies and Do Not Track

The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may set technical cookies needed for security. Google Fonts and the embedded Google Map may receive your IP address when they load. Because we do not track you across sites, our response to browser Do Not Track signals does not change how the site works.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for up to seven years to meet tax and accounting rules. Contact messages are kept for up to two years. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

Security

We use HTTPS across the site, limit who on our team can access customer data, and never collect card details on this site. If a data breach affects your personal information we will notify you as required by California Civil Code section 1798.82.
